Four things that decide whether you buy from us twice

Every drum traceable to its billet

Each production order carries a heat number linked to the copper rod batch, extrusion line, operator shift and test record. Send us a drum tag number and we can pull the full manufacturing history. This matters when a project owner audits the supply chain, and it matters more when a claim is disputed.

Actual cross-section, not nominal cross-section

We test conductor DC resistance on every drum to IEC 60228 and print the measured value on the test report. Reduced cross-section is the most common fraud in this industry because it is invisible once the cable is installed. Verified resistance is how you catch it.

Engineers answer before sales does

RFQs are routed to an application engineer first. You get a technical answer about derating, volt drop, armour selection or sheath compound before you get a price. Pricing on the wrong specification is the fastest way to lose a bid.

Export documentation handled end to end

Certificate of origin, FORM E, FORM F, SASO, COC for Algeria, PVoC for Kenya, SONCAP for Nigeria, CPR declaration of performance. Our documents team handles consular and pre-shipment inspection requirements for the markets we ship to weekly.

Where the cable goes

Each industry destroys cable differently. We wrote a page for each, starting with the failure mode rather than the product list.

Questions we get asked before the first order

What is your minimum order quantity?

500 m per size. Below that the line changeover cost dominates the material cost and the price stops making sense for you. Mixed sizes on one drum length or one container are fine — the 500 m applies per cross-section, not per order.

Can you manufacture to a standard that is not Chinese?

Yes. We manufacture to IEC 60502-1 and IEC 60502-2 daily, and regularly to BS 5467, BS 6724, NFC 33-209, HD 603, VDE 0276 and AS/NZS 5000.1. Send the standard number and construction requirement with your RFQ and we will quote against it rather than against the nearest GB equivalent.

How do you verify that the conductor is the stated cross-section?

Every drum is tested for DC conductor resistance at 20 °C and the measured value is printed on the mill certificate. Compare it against the maximum resistance in IEC 60228 — that single test is what exposes reduced cross-section, because it cannot be disguised by thicker insulation.

What payment and delivery terms do you work with?

T/T with 30% deposit and balance against bill of lading, or L/C at sight through a first-class bank. Samples can be paid by Western Union. Standard lead time is 15–25 working days from deposit, with Shanghai and Ningbo as load ports.

Can you put our brand on the cable and the drums?

Yes. OEM and private label is a large part of what we do — your name printed on the sheath, your drum labels, your carton artwork, and your own item codes on the documentation. Minimum volumes per printed size are higher than for plain stock because of plate setup.

Do you accept third-party inspection before shipment?

We do, and we recommend it for first orders. SGS, BV, Intertek and TÜV inspectors work from our plant regularly. We can also run witnessed type tests at our own laboratory and provide the raw test sheets, not just a summary.
