Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. Written for buyers who have to answer a compliance questionnaire before they can place an order.
In one paragraph
We collect only what you send us: the contents of an enquiry form or an email. We use it to answer the enquiry and to run the order if there is one. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we never sell contact data. We count page views with a cookie-free tool that cannot identify you.
What we collect
- Enquiry data — name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country and delivery port, and the technical specification you enter (voltage grade, conductor, cross-section, installation method, standard, quantity).
- Correspondence — emails, WhatsApp messages and attachments exchanged while preparing a quotation or running an order.
- Order records — if you buy, the commercial documents needed for export: proforma invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, test certificates and consular documents.
- Server logs — our host records standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
We do not collect payment card data. Bank transfers and letters of credit are handled by your bank and ours.
Why we hold it, and for how long
Enquiry data is processed on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering commercial enquiries. Order records are kept because tax, customs and product liability rules require it.

Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising pixel, no session identifier and no cross-site tracking — nothing that follows you from this site to another.
To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free measurement tool. It records aggregate page views and referrers only: it sets no cookie, stores no identifier on your device, does not fingerprint your browser and does not build a profile of you. Because there is no cookie and no personal data involved, no consent banner is required.
The measurement script is loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com. Cloudflare processes the aggregate statistics on our behalf.
Who else sees it
Enquiry data stays with our export team. It is shared only where an order makes it necessary: freight forwarders and carriers (for shipment), inspection agencies you nominate such as SGS, BV, Intertek or TÜV (for pre-shipment inspection), and banks (for letters of credit). We do not disclose customer names or order data for marketing purposes, and we do not publish customer lists.
Our site is served by a content delivery network. Requests pass through its infrastructure, which is how it is able to serve pages.
Transfers outside your country
We are a manufacturer in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. An enquiry you send by form, email or WhatsApp is received and processed in China. If you are in the EU or UK, that means your data is transferred outside the EEA under the standard contractual clauses, and only for the purpose of answering your enquiry and performing the contract.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Deletion requests are honoured except where a record has to be kept for tax, customs or product liability reasons — in that case we will tell you which records remain and why.

Security
Enquiry mail is held on accounts with two-factor authentication, and access is limited to staff who handle export enquiries. Commercial documents are stored on access-controlled internal storage. If a breach ever affected your data, we would notify you and the relevant authority as the applicable rules require.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with the date below. Changes that affect how we use your data are announced by email to contacts we have quoted in the preceding 12 months.
